Breakfast Smoothie Ingredients

(Blender Needed)

  • 1/4 Cup of your favorite frozen berries ( I use blueberries, strawberries and pineapple mix)
  • 1/2 a Banana
  • 1 Tsp of Natural Peanut butter (optional)
  • 500 ml water or Milk ( your choice)
  • 1 scoop of whey protein (optional)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender and blend to desired consistency.

Tip:

Ingredients can be prepared the night before… Just add liquid and protein powder at time of preparation.
